Delivery
UK delivery for standard tools is £10 ex VAT per order. Decoiler delivery is £60 ex VAT per order.
Returns and cancellations
Consumers buying standard, non-personalised goods online normally have the statutory 14-day cancellation period. Business/trade customers may request a return of standard stock goods within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the Returns & Cancellations policy. Bespoke, personalised, engraved or custom-branded goods are normally excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right. Faulty or non-conforming goods are treated separately.
Warranty
The Decoiler carries the 18-month manufacturer's warranty stated on its product page. Other tools use the statutory rights that apply to the sale plus any specific warranty expressly stated for that product. Fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect setup, poor maintenance and use outside the stated limits are not manufacturing faults.
Terms
DoubleSeam sells to both trade/business customers and consumers. The terms distinguish between business purchases and consumer purchases and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

How are VAT and the total price shown?
For UK delivery the site can show prices ex VAT or including 20% UK VAT using the VAT control.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by card at checkout. Bank transfer can also be arranged directly with DoubleSeam.
Does DoubleSeam sell only to businesses?
No. The shop is aimed mainly at roofers, trades and businesses, but consumers can also buy. Mandatory consumer rights apply where the buyer is legally a consumer.
Can I return standard stock goods?

Where available, branding and configuration options are shown on the product page. Logo, spelling, dimensions, specifications and artwork must be approved before custom manufacture begins.
