Ordering information

Delivery

Clear delivery charges for UK and European orders, including the different delivery arrangement for the DoubleSeam Decoiler.

UK delivery

Standard tools are £10 ex VAT delivery per order. Decoiler delivery is £60 ex VAT per order.

European delivery

Standard tools are €20 delivery per order. Delivery of the European Decoiler is already included in its fixed euro price, so no separate Decoiler delivery charge is added.

Import duties, VAT and clearance

For EU deliveries, products not made in the UK may attract import duty, local import VAT or clearance charges where these are not expressly included in the selling price. These charges are payable by the customer. The Decoiler is different: its European delivered price includes delivery and customs/import-duty handling; only VAT due in the destination country remains payable by the customer.

Before you place your order

Delivery charges are shown before the order is placed, or expressly marked as included for the European Decoiler.
